Green Key is the international sustainability quality mark for companies in the tourism and recreation sector. A Green Key certificate means that a hotel does substantially more in terms of environmental policy than the laws and regulations require. For example, Green Key has clear guidelines in the field of sustainable hotel and restaurant policy, gas, water and energy saving, CO2 reduction and waste separation.
