We want to treat the privacy of our visitors well. If we use your personal data in our further contact with you, we will handle it carefully. We treat it in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). WHAT DATA DO YOU PROCESS? We process your data for our services, namely when you organize an event, book a reservation, buy a ticket, visit our website or use contact forms.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY DATA?We only process data that is necessary for:

HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR INFORMATION MAILS?We only want to offer you information about services if you appreciate it. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails, or by emailing us at info@ce-denbosch.nl.
DOES A CUSTOMER PROFILE EXIST FOR ME?We do not use your data to build a customer profile.
WHAT RETENTION PERIOD DO YOU USE?We do not store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes of the processing. We delete your personal data if you have not been active for seven years, calculated from the last mutual contact moment. In other words: if you have not been active in the past seven years, your account will expire and we will delete your data.
After the retention period has expired, your personal data will be deleted from our systems. The data will then only be used anonymously for purposes such as analysis and market research, or other purposes related to general business operations.
WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES?We may share your data with our external service providers so that they can provide services to us (for example, they provide our reservation system). We then make agreements to ensure optimal security and confidentiality.
