Celebrate New Year's Eve in Den Bosch

Hotel Central is open as usual during New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, and guests can of course stay overnight with us.
On New Year's Eve, hotel guests can dine at Brasserie Cé. They can choose their own dishes from our à la carte menu, with a mandatory three-course menu for €49.00 per person.
Guests can arrive for dinner between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Afterwards, our bar will remain open until 1:30 AM. During the New Year transition, we will of course also serve delicious oliebollen!
New Year's Day – January 1
On New Year's Day, we serve breakfast from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Guests can be seated no later than 11:00 AM.
Our Brasserie is closed on this day, but hotel guests can of course visit the coffee corner next to the reception for a cup of coffee or tea. From 4:00 PM, it will also be possible to have a drink in the bar by the reception.
On January 2, Brasserie Cé will be open again according to its regular opening hours.
