Classical Pilate classes

Every Sunday morning at 10.00 am (ticket price €19,95)

Every Sunday morning Kitty Nendels, a very experienced classically certified Pilates* teacher, hosts a lesson on outside on Ce bij Dieske's terrace in which you can participate as a hotel guest. Veteran or newby, everyone is welcome.

Send us an email if you want to register for the class, participation is based on registration order and will be confirmed. Just make sure you wear the appropriate gear.  

*Pilates is an exercise method developed by Joseph Pilates (1880-1967). Joseph Pilates believed that correct breathing, posture and lifestyle is the foundation of health. As a result, he developed a unique series of physical exercises that help improve posture, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and breathing. Pilates is the ultimate Body & Mind method. By applying the basic principles (breathing, control, concentration, centering, flow and precision), the focus will be on your body and mind. Already after an hour of Pilates, your head is empty and your body is powerful, flexible and in balance.
